Option Agreements

An option agreement allows a party to take a property off the market for a given period of time with the assurance that, on a given date in the future, the option holder will be able to purchase the property for an agreed upon set of terms and/or amount (or via an agreed upon valuation process).  Structuring and memorializing an option-purchase relationship can be complex and problematic.
